             Today's raid and pillage -- excuse me, careful browsing -- of the used books corner in Goodwill netted the following:

a Wodehouse omnibus with five complete novels, 

Mary Stewart's The Crystal Cave. 

And one Eric Carle plush ladybug. Because if there's one thing this house will always have room for, it's more books and the occasional lonely stuffed toy.
